About My Life

I have a passion to guide and encourage women to grow in their mindset and to seek and embrace a joy-filled, healthy life. My faith and relationship with God drives my heart and my purpose. I married my highschool sweetheart, Todd, and together have raised two now-adult sons, Tyler and Hunter, on our Washington homestead. As a family we enjoy running, hiking, Stand up paddleboarding, skiing, mountain biking and fitness, along with summer evenings by a warm bonfire recapturing the days adventures. After 25 years working in the high school and crisis counseling arena, I have launched into my second career as a Personal Trainer and Health and Wellness Life Coach. This endeavor has unleashed a new spark in life and I’ve discovered a personal, joy filled purpose that makes my DNA come ALIVE. I hope to impart my passion and inspiration for health and joy to help you discover your own sense of purpose and fulfillment in the process as you #seekyoursunrise.

HOW I WORK

Life Coach: I have written a book that I use to guide my Life Coaching sessions with my clients. There are 9 chapters that align with the 9 weeks of coaching. I utilize cell phone, FaceTime, and email to connect with my out of state clients. I meet up at local coffee shops with my in town clients.

Fitness: I utilize both YOUTUBE and iPhone Movie, of my own, personalized HITT (Strong Nation) workouts that I have produced. I also create personalized strength and toning workouts that accommodates each individuals health and special modifications necessary to be as safe as possible. I also will incorporate Articles and Programs via Podcasts and Videos that I personally use with both out of town and in town clients. I will give personalized weekly workout programs. I will have weekly check in appointments to monitor and adjust programs to maximize progress.

Nutrition: I evaluate current daily eating and nutrition at meals and discuss next steps for better health. I help the client to set realistic goals as we navigate the path to attain those goals.
